From the outset of choosing the design I wanted, the layout which changed many times, Artisan gave their many years of experience to ideas, as well as, to where items can be sourced without time being of any consequence.

Artisan kept me informed on a need to know basis during the ordering, installation, and completion stages of the various work undertaken, with recommendations and solutions where problems, that only arise, during the working process, can be rectified and resolved to the Customers approval.

The ‘settling down’ period of the work carried out, where for example 'tweaking' of door hinges, was required due to the door slightly dropping from continual use, I found that the same courteous, prompt service was given ensuring that the Customer was completely satisfied with the same quality of care and professionalism that Artisan had given to all their work services.
